Our Brazilian roots provide depth in understanding local records, entities and commercial context. They do not define the geographic boundary of the investigation. Where the matter extends into other jurisdictions, the relevant facts may need to be followed there.

BSOCIETY does not exist to confirm a client’s theory or a counterparty’s narrative. Our role is to determine what can be independently verified, what is only partially corroborated, what is inconsistent and what remains unsupported.
A useful assessment may challenge the initial understanding of a matter. That is a feature of independent intelligence, not a departure from the engagement.

The firm’s partners lead engagement scoping, contextual analysis and reporting. Automated search and databases can contribute inputs, but they are not the investigation.
We define the decision, the questions, the permitted methods and the reporting needs before beginning. Scope and feasibility determine what can be investigated; limitations are stated explicitly.
Discretion is part of the method.
We do not publish client identities, confidential findings or private case material as marketing. Any illustration on this website is identified as fictional or illustrative and is not evidence of a client engagement.
Sensitive information should be shared only after appropriate confidentiality arrangements and a suitable secure channel have been established. A public inquiry form is not a document room.

bsociety.co is the firm’s international website. bsociety.com.br is its Brazilian website. They serve different commercial and editorial purposes under the same brand.
The international property is not a separate subsidiary, an additional legal entity or a claim to foreign offices. Its architecture addresses international decisions wherever Brazil is materially part of the matter.
