Differentiate the supply-chain entities.
The review identifies the supplier, quarry operator, processor, exporter, trading company and representative where relevant. Brand and commercial stone names should not replace legal-entity identification.
A foreign contracting party may claim access to a Brazilian quarry or processor through one or more intermediaries. Those links require their own evidence.
Examine origin and operational claims.
Claimed quarry relationships, facility access, processing capacity and commercial origin are considered against available corporate, operational and relevant public licensing information.
A company’s public operational footprint can provide context but cannot establish current stock, availability of a selected batch or the seller’s authority to dispose of it.
Match the material and the chronology.
Offers, invoices, packing references, origin documents, supplier letters and logistics claims may need to be reconciled. Dates, quantities, descriptions and the relevant entities should fit the proposed transaction.
Relevant ANM public systems can inform mining-related context where applicable. A mineral-right record should not be treated as proof of every permit, production activity or commercial right.
Do not confuse investigation with geology.
We do not claim geological identification, reserve verification, technical stone testing or physical inventory confirmation unless separately performed under an appropriate mandate.
The report identifies whether the available evidence supports the relationships and transaction claims, with inspection and specialist questions left explicit.
