Transaction Analysis

Does the transaction hold together?

A collection of plausible documents does not necessarily describe a coherent transaction. BSOCIETY examines how the parties, claims, commercial sequence and proposed exposure fit together.

A claim can be consistent with one document and inconsistent with the transaction around it.

Map the actual structure.

Identify the contractual seller, buyer, producer, exporter, intermediaries, financing parties and proposed beneficiary. Separate their legal identities from trading names and informal labels used in correspondence.

A Dubai seller, Singapore trader and Brazilian producer can form a genuine commercial structure. The task is to establish the evidence for each material link, not to treat complexity itself as an adverse finding.

Reconstruct the chronology.

Offers, mandates, revised contracts and payment instructions need to be read in sequence. We examine when each party entered the matter, what changed and which version supports the current request.

A changed signatory, quantity, product specification or payment recipient may have a reasonable explanation. The question is whether that explanation is documented and independently corroborated where necessary.

Test operational and documentary coherence.

We compare claimed volumes, origin, facility relationships, logistics references and shipment descriptions against the available lawful evidence. A facility’s existence is not proof that the seller controls its production.

Where physical stock, quality, technical capacity or transport status cannot be established from accessible sources, the limitation is explicit. Appropriate technical specialists or inspection services may be required outside the investigative scope.

Connect findings to the exposure.

The report distinguishes evidence gaps that are peripheral from those that underpin the requested commitment. Particular attention goes to payments, bank-instrument requests, authority to contract and access to the product or asset.

BSOCIETY supplies investigative findings. The client, counsel and banking advisors retain responsibility for commercial decisions, contractual protections and banking arrangements.
